Call Center Lead/Supervisor

Awesome company in the Strongsville area is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative that has experience working as a Team Lead/Supervisor in a call center environment!! We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and you must have your Call Center Lead experience detailed on your submitted resume. Position Title: Customer Service Lead
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager
Education, Training and
High School Diploma or equivalent training and experience.
2 to 3 years prior Leadership and Customer Service experience.
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access Database.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Customer Sales Support Software.
Customer Service skills.
Strong analytic skills.
Ability to learn the company's software and hardware applications as applied to the Call Center Operator position.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and detail oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities: (Daily, Monthly or Quarterly)
Under the direct supervision of the Inside Sales Manager, performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.
Responsible for opening procedures of the Call Center.
Evaluate CSR (team) call lists.
Manage multiple production reports.
Handle a call list and/or inbound calls if necessary.
Assist with sales goals and business needs for maximum sales of the company's products.
Optimize customers' product mix.
Provides support to the Inside Sales Manager as needed.
Evaluate the performance of personnel by measuring results against established goals.
Supervise Call Center staff daily tasks.
Monthly call evaluations.
Email team individual call/sales statistics.
Mid-week call statistics.
Pull dashboard; end of day reporting.
Employment Eligibility Verification:
Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
Security Requirements:
Submission to, ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State and company is a requirement of employment. A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
