What are we looking for?
North East Ohio Marketing Group is currently hiring those with restaurant, retail or hospitality background for the Entry Level Representatives and with the right mentality and work ethic Manager in Training position. This job involves one on one interaction with customers in a retail environment. We have found that candidates with experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality and any type of customer service position are very easy to train into our Account Manager position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention and customer acquisition, and this all requires the ability to confidently interact with people.
What do we offer?
Due to expansion, we are willing offer fully paid training for highly motivated people into retail sales and customer service opportunities and also cross-train into upper level management roles. Candidates must be willing to work hard in an entry level customer service position in order to obtain growth and advancement within our company. All openings are ideal for recent graduates, or new professionals who are interested in getting their foot in the door for a career.

This job involves one on one interaction with customers inside retailers. (NO telemarketing - NO direct mail- NO door2door)
