Summary: Small local office looking for full time Collections Specialist to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidate will assist the Accounting and Collections Departments as needed.
Looking for someone with aggressive collections experience. Will be collecting monies from difficult clients. General Accountabilities:
Will handle high call volume daily Management of customer profiles in Quickbooks software Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos in a timely manner. Represents the company in a professional manner at all times. Will perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Job
Qualifications: Minimum collections
Experience: 1 Year Preferred
Experience: 2 Years Quickbooks Experience is a major plus Competencies: Problem Solving, Excellent Oral Communications, Written Communications, Cost Consciousness, Planning and Organizing as well as Quality
