Job Description:
The candidate will be a Tier 4 support escalation level for our client's GCC (Global Command Center). Candidate will be responsible for design, configuration, implementation, and testing. Candidate will troubleshoot circuit, hardware, software and configuration issues. Candidate will be responsible for handling ticket requests from customers for professional services.

Create configurations and configuration documentation including information gathering
Create detailed implementation plans
Provide technical support for the GCC and other Acuative Departments
Provide install support for onsite technicians
Required to work evenings and weekends when requested

Act as Tier III escalation for NOC and customer escalations
Escalate and work with equipment manufacturer's technical support teams to resolve complex issues when needed
Escalate and work with Telco's to resolve circuit issues as needed
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
5-10 years of Cisco VoIP design, configuration, implementation, and testing experience on Cisco CUCM, CUCME, CUC, CUE, CUCCX and Presence
Excellent customer service skills
5-10 years of troubleshooting on Cisco CUCM, CUCME, CUC, CUE, CUCCX and Presence
Legacy Phone System experience is a plus
5-10 years of troubleshooting LAN/WAN infrastructure issues including: T1, T1 Multilink, Ethernet Hand-off, MPLS,BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VoIP (SIP), PRI etc.
CCNP with CCIE level skills required. CCIE Voice preferred
Customer focused
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a Team environment

Experience with Adtran Switches a plus
Experience with Metaswitch a plus
