We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Recruiter/HR Specialist to join our team in Strongsville, OH.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate hiring decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and job boards.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate training and development programs for new hires.
Compliance:
Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Employee Engagement:
Drive employee engagement initiatives, programs, and activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate the employee recognition program to celebrate milestones and achievements.
Develop and execute communication strategies to keep employees informed on company news and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
Less than 10% travel to company locations within the United States.
Proficient in all aspects of computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
